Abstract:	O autor apresenta a Carta a Meneceu e destaca seus aspectos mais tipicamente humanos, em primeiro lugar o convite a uma vida afastada e meditativa que o filósofo deve ter, hábito que o capacitará a ver mais claramente qual é o sentido da vida. A seguir, oferece uma tradução do texto para o catalão.
Abstract:	The author presents the Letter to Meneceus underlining its human aspects, as being first of all an invitation to a thoughtful and calm life, the way of life to understand more and more which is the meaning of life itself. In a second part of its article a translation into Catalan of this letter is provided.
