Le interazioni sui social media sono contraddistinte dall'immediatezza comunicativa e da un'intrinseca dialogicità che spesso sconfina in situazioni di aperto contrasto che possono condurre anche all'insulto. Verranno prese in esame le interazioni tra gli utenti in un vasto corpus (130milioni di parole) di commenti raccolti nelle pagine dei tre leader politici più rappresentativi degli ultimi anni: Renzi, Salvini, Di Maio. L'argomento politico è stato scelto poiché scatena con facilità vivaci polemiche: coinvolge l'identità e i valori degli interlocutori e alimenta il senso di appartenenza a un gruppo. L'obiettivo è di analizzare le interazioni offensive online nelle sezioni dei commenti estratte da tre pagine a tema politico. Verranno esaminate le categorie semantiche prevalenti negli insulti tra gli utenti; i tipi di reazione e le strategie impiegate per rispondere all'offesa; il contributo alla realizzazione dell'atto per mezzo degli strumenti peculiari del mezzo. |

The interactions on social media are characterized by communicative spontaneity and an inherent dialogicity that often degenerate into situations of open contrast that can even lead to insult. Interactions between users will be examined in a vast body (130 million words) of comments collected in the pages of the three most representative Italian political leaders of the last few years: Renzi, Salvini, Di Maio. The political topic was chosen because it easily triggers lively controversy: it involves the identity and values of the interlocutors and sustains the sense of belonging to a group. The goal is to analyze offensive interactions online in the comment sections extracted from three political-themed pages. The semantic categories prevailing in insults among users will be examined; the types of reactions and strategies used to respond to the offense; the contribution to the realization of the act by means of the specific tools of the medium. |
