Resum:	The aim of this second ITFLOWS IEB Annual Report is to present and account for the advisory, reviewing and monitoring activities of the Independent Ethics Board (IEB) during the second year of the project. This report is divided into four sections plus two annexes. Section 1 provides an overview of the activities carried out by the members of the IEB from M13 to M24. Section 2 presents the recommendations provided by the IEB to address different ethical concerns, especially in the context of the Artificial Intelligence Impact Assessments of the ITFLOWS EUMigraTool (EMT). Section 3 reports the IEB members' evaluation of the deliverables reviewed from M13 to M24. Finally, Section 4 concludes with a general evaluation of the project at M24.
