Abstract:	El tema del hombre es, en Zubiri, tema de investigación y estudio durante más de medio siglo. Su respuesta aguda y original, lo convierten en el referente obligado de la reflexión antropológica actual. El hombres no es, para Zubiri, ni "comunidad" ni "comunicación", aunque el hombre tiene, desde su raiz psicobiológica, la posibilidad de comunicarse y vivir en sociedad. Porque el hombre es para Zubiri, fundamentalmenre, apertura. Al estar "vertido" a los demás el hombre "convive", con ellos, es conformado por ellos, se educa y aprende.
Abstract:	Xabier Zubiri's conception of man was central in his research and study during more than half a century in his life. His acute and original response remains as an obligatory reference in the recent antropological thinking. According to Zubiri's work, the man is neither "community" nor "comunication". In spite of this the man is considered as being able to communicate and live in society because of his psychological characteristics. According to Zubiri, the man is "openness" in essence. As the man is "involved" in others, he "coexists" with them. In other words, the man is "shaped" by them by means of education and learning.
