Abstract:	Following the first paper (1997), the present one studies complementary morphosyntactic features of the language of the Phoenician History (II): adjective and determinative functions, and the apposition. Secondly (Part II) the author addresses the syntax of the sentence, characterizing the distribution of all verbal forms, and also exposes all cases of nominal predicatives -(i) without a verb, and (ii) with a copulative verb. Finally, all the predicates -both verbal and nominal- are described in non-dependent (non-subordinate) clauses or sentences along with their respective clauses or sentences; further work will study these aspects in dependent clauses or sentences.
